The seed sown

Having enjoyed several trips away, some involving boating, with the Sunday morning cycling group,  we thought taking a boat on the Canal Rideau in Canada might be fun. So discussions and planning began a few years back. At least a year ago now researching started in earnest and the overall plan developed.

Now with less than a month to go before we set off on our adventure we are still fine tuning.
As time permits I will elaborate on the final overall plan. The plan is quite diverse too as we do not all have the same travel plans.

However, with the group that is heading off we are all going on the Canal Rideau section of the adventure, so tonight we are having a meeting to discuss these plans.
